Who we are
Huby PRO Digital Files is operated by 69.097.675 DAVI DE SOUZA BRASIL, Brazilian business registration (CNPJ) 69.097.675/0001-05. Business address: Rua Pioneiro Joaquim Gomes Filho, s/n, Bom Jardim, Maringá–PR, postal code 87047-735, Brazil. Support is available through the customer account support center. The public support email, when configured, appears in the footer.
Account and access
Access uses the customer’s ChatGPT account. Huby PRO receives a site-specific identifier, email address and name when provided by the identity provider. We do not receive your password. When you first open your account, we create a profile to associate your cart, orders, library and support requests. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account.
Products and offer details
We sell original digital craft and stationery files. Each bundle available in the Shop lists its contents, formats, compatibility, license and price in Brazilian reais (BRL). Images labeled as concepts are creative direction studies, not offers for files already available. Physical materials, printing and software are not included unless expressly stated in the offer.
Cart and payment
Adding a bundle to your cart does not make a purchase or reserve the product. Prices and availability are checked again on the server when payment is initiated. Before proceeding, read these terms, each bundle’s license and the delivery conditions. When enabled, payment takes place through Stripe Checkout. The store does not receive full card details. Checkout is unavailable while sales are closed.
Access to files
Order files become available in the purchasing account’s library after the processor confirms payment. Returning to the success page alone does not prove payment. Keep local copies of your purchased files. Future changes to a product do not automatically replace the bundle from your original purchase.
Licenses and conduct
Each bundle’s license is shown in the offer and recorded with the order. Purchasing does not transfer copyright. Respect the permitted uses and restrictions; do not redistribute digital files without permission. Do not attempt to access other accounts’ files, orders or information.
Support and rights
Questions, difficulties and refund requests can be submitted through the customer account support center, where you can follow the response. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by Brazilian law. Delivery, withdrawal and refund conditions are described on the relevant policy page.
Updates
We may update this information to reflect changes to the store. The terms and license presented at purchase must be honored for that order. Using Stripe as a payment processor does not imply certification or endorsement of the business by Stripe.
