Delivery and refunds
From payment to your library.

Digital products
Bundles are delivered digitally, with no shipping charges or physical materials sent. Before purchasing, check the contents, formats, bundle size, compatibility and license on the product page.
Confirmation and download
Once the processor confirms payment, the order is marked as paid and the files are unlocked in the library of the account used to purchase. Pending payments do not unlock downloads. If you return from checkout and the payment is not shown, check My orders and refresh your library.
Access issues
If payment is confirmed but downloading does not work, submit a request through your customer account with the order number and a description of the issue. Never send passwords or full card details. Your request and the response will be available in the support center.
Right of withdrawal
We respect the right of withdrawal under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, with a seven-day period where provided by law. A product’s digital nature is not treated as an automatic waiver of your rights. Request cancellation through the support center and include the order number.
Refunds
Requests are assessed under applicable law and the terms of the offer. When a refund is due, it will be processed using the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear may depend on the financial institution. A confirmed full refund revokes further downloads for that order; the order history remains available.
Disputes
Further downloads for disputed orders may be suspended while the processor reviews the case. The store uses received notifications to update the status without limiting consumer rights or support options.
