Data controller

Account data and authentication
When you sign in with ChatGPT, we receive a site-specific identifier, your email address and, when provided by the identity provider, your name. We save a profile when you open your customer account. Your password is managed by the identity provider and is not received or stored by Huby PRO.
Cart, orders and support
We process cart items, order records, amounts and payment statuses, associated licenses, download records and support messages. We use this data to provide the services you request, fulfill purchases, deliver files, respond to requests and protect the store against misuse.
Legal bases and purposes
Processing required for registration, purchases, delivery and support relates to steps requested by you and the performance of a contract. Data may also be retained to comply with legal obligations and establish or exercise legal rights. Technical security records may be processed to protect accounts and prevent abuse while respecting your rights. We do not use account data for advertising campaigns in this version.
Payments and service providers
When checkout is enabled, bundle names, amounts, email addresses and identifiers required for reconciliation are sent to Stripe. Full card details are collected by the payment processor, not by the store code. Hosting, databases and storage are provided by Sites and Cloudflare. Authentication is managed by OpenAI. These services may involve international processing under their policies and applicable safeguards.
Cookies, fonts and technical logs
Authentication may use necessary cookies managed by the provider. The store code does not install advertising pixels or audience analytics tools. Cookie Settings lets you save or withdraw optional category preferences. These are stored on your device for up to 180 days. See our Cookie Policy. Google Fonts supplies our fonts: your browser requests these files from Google, which may receive your IP address and technical data. Hosting services may log IP addresses, browsers, timestamps and security events to operate and protect the service.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, fulfillment of purchases, legal obligations and the exercise of rights. Paid files are kept in private storage, and the server checks ownership and order status before authorizing each download. Administration is limited to authorized accounts.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing and other rights under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including deletion where applicable. You can update your name in your profile. For other requests, use the support center. Deletion of certain records may be limited by legal obligations or the need to exercise legal rights.
